Under the direction of Charles, HERC has built a customer base of returning customers over the years, due to his determination, knowledge and becoming an expert in the food equipment industry.   Currently HERC has Service Contracts with many of the top fast food restaurants in the Charlotte, Greensboro and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
